The Shidler College of Business welcomed new and returning Shidler and pre-business students back to school during its annual Shidler Day event on August 29.
The event, which was held in the Shidler Courtyard from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., kicked off the new school year and promoted school spirit and pride among students. Shidler merchandise was available for purchase and Shidlerʻs student clubs hosted booths to provide information and recruit new members.
Pizza, which was donated by Booz Allen Hamilton, popcorn, and donated drinks from Meadow Gold Dairies Hawaii were given out free-of-charge to students by Shidler faculty, administration, and staff.
The event was co-organized by the Shidler College of Business, the Shidler Alumni Association, and the Inter-Business Council (IBC).
