Appointments*:

All appointments are scheduled online (*All appointments are scheduled in Hawai‘i Standard Time. Appointments are 30 minutes). Check the options for online or in-person meetings (in-person meetings may not be available every day)

Express Meetings to Start Registration!

During the first week of fall registration (April 15-19), there are no appointments, only Express Meetings (Zoom/in-person drop-ins) for Shidler.

What are Express Meetings:  These are drop-in/no-appointment meetings for quick questions (<5 min) with an advisor. Kiosk visits are not meant to substitute for a full appointment (no degree audits, mandatory advising, etc.); full appointments resume April 22.

How Express Meetings work:
During Express Meeting hours only (see below), log in to STAR Express Balance to sign up. Express Meetings are a first-come first-serve system, so you may be in a queue and have to wait up to 15-20 minutes to speak with an advisor. Keep checking your email for a Zoom link after you are in the queue, which is sent when an advisor is ready to see you. You need to use the link within 5 minutes of the email being sent or lose your place in the queue.

Kiosk hours:

M (April 15): 9:00am-11:30am, 1:30-2:00pm

T (April 16): 9:00am-11:30am, 1:30-3:00pm

W (April 17): 9am-11:30am & 1:30-3:00pm

R (April 18): 9:00am-11:30am & 1:30-3:00pm

F (April 19): 9:00am-11:30am
