She also serves as a digital strategy liaison, ensuring consistent operations and compliance while supporting new tool implementation.⁠

In her new role, Calio prepares financial reports, including variance/trend analysis and tracking of key performance indicators for department leaders and executive management. She supports the planning of the annual budget and assists in developing financial models to support strategic decisions.
