Director of Kalo Grants program:I worked as the director of the program in which I managed the team to set up and ran the new Kalo Grants program in the Pacific Asia Center for Entrepreneurship (PACE) at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. In this program, we received business idea applications from students, reviewed them and gave $500 seed fundings to the promising projects. We also organized the Pitch Nights in which the selected teams will pitch their business ideas in front of the public audiences. The best teams received $1,000 fundings each to work on their projects. This year we already organized 6 application rounds and awarded $21,000 seed fundings to different teams to help them develop their startup project. https://pace.shidler.hawaii.edu/kalo/
