Information on becoming a TIM alumni member can be found at the University of Hawaiʻi Alumni Association website. Please make sure that you select "TIM International, Inc." under "Chapters" on the update your info form so that we can keep you updated on our upcoming activities.

The TIM Alumni Association is for the graduates of the Shidler College of Business’ School of Travel Industry Management at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, and was formed in 1968 under the guidance of Dean Emeritus Chuck Gee.

In March 1973, TIM International, Inc. received its charter of incorporation from the State of Hawaiʻi and became recognized as a non-profit corporation. The association has grown, along with the School of Travel Industry Management, with alumni located in many parts of the world. TIM Alumni Association now has chapters in Hawaiʻi, Hong Kong, and Singapore, as well as active groups in many other countries.

Mission Statement

The purpose of the TIM Alumni Association is to actively support the mission of the School of Travel Industry Management through membership participation, image enhancement, financial commitment, and promotion of synergies among student, faculty, alumni, and friends.
