Started in 1995, Nā Kukui Netlinks (formerly Netlinks) creates a way for TIM students to network with industry professionals. The event aims to bring together the industry leaders of today with the future leaders of tomorrow. It creates a friendly environment in which students may network and receive advice from industry professionals that are willing to share their experiences.
Over the years, Nā Kukui Netlinks has not only become a great networking event for our students but has also become an event planned by our students. Since 2009, students in our TIM 316: Special Events Management course have planned this event from start to finish with the support of TIM alumni association, TIM International, Inc.
Along with a night of networking, the evening also includes a presentation of our Outstanding TIM Student Awards, highlighting the leadership and academic accomplishments of our students and faculty.

Please join us for the School of Travel Industry Management's (TIM School) annual Nā Kukui Netlinks event.
This event is unique because it is planned and executed by students in the TIM 316 (Special Events Management) course. The event, which started in 1995, aims to bring together industry leaders of today with the future leaders of tomorrow. It also allows students the opportunity to develop and build long-lasting relationships through mentorship.
“Exploring Horizons: Networking Across the World,” invites you to participate with industry professionals in an exciting networking experience, while transporting you to destinations around the globe. Together, the journey will highlight lessons learned, recommendations for launching career paths, sharing encouraging words of wisdom, and building relationships for future travel endeavors.
