Glenn Perry

Born and raised in Hawaiʻi, Glenn graduated from Punahou School and the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa where he earned a Bachelors in Business Administration degree in Travel Industry Management (TIM).

He has more than thirty years of business experience in the hotel & restaurant industries with executive experience in Hawaiʻi, California, Saudi Arabia & Germany. His broad business experience included the following positions: F&B Director at the Royal Lahaina Resort; GM of the Equestrian Club-Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; Resident Manager of the Silverado Country Club & Resort-Napa, California; GM of the Kaʻanapali Beach Hotel (Maui); GM of the Waiohai & Poʻipū Beach Hotels (Poʻipū, Kauaʻi); GM of the Kea Lani Hotel (Maui); Area VP for Crown Sterling Suites (Northern California); Regional VP of Colony Hotels & Resorts-Hawaiʻi; and General Manager of the DoubleTree Alana Waikīkī.

Glenn got his real estate license in 1989 but remained in the hotel industry until 1999. He then embarked on a career in commercial real estate with Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties (CBPP) specializing in office leases/sales, retail leases & investment properties; and in 2001 moved to residential real estate (CBPP – Kahala).

When he’s not working on real estate, Glenn balances his time with his wife, Anne, and two children, Brooke and Robert, son-in-law Kamuela Guth and granddaughter, Emalia (2). He paddles competitively for the Outrigger Canoe Club and actively participates in community service with various organizations. He has served on the Boards of the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa’s Travel Industry Management International, Inc. (TIMI) for 14+ years where he is currently its President, and Family Programs Hawaiʻi (Friends of Foster Kids). Glenn also is a past President of the Outrigger Canoe Club. He has been a member of the Waikīkī Rotary Club for 25+ years and is a retired Lieutenant Colonel of the Hawaiʻi Army National Guard.
