Executive Vineyards

We're excited to announce that Executive Vineyards, the Shidler Alumni Association's premier fundraising event, is scheduled for March 6, 2025 at The Royal Hawaiian Hotel. Last year's event raised $67,500 in support of the Shidler College and its initiatives and we're excited to welcome back guests for this year's function!

Please join us for a fun evening catching up with old and new friends alike as you sample wines and spirits, taste delectable menu items from some of Hawai‘i's hottest restaurants and bid on exciting silent auction items. Enjoy hundreds of wines and spirits graciously provided by Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits and Beverage Marketing & More. Restaurant partners include MW Restaurant, Basalt and Hy's Steakhouse, to name just a few.

As the association's largest event of the year, we plan to host more than 600 alumni, friends and guests at the iconic Royal Hawaiian Hotel with protocols in place for your safety and comfort.

Sponsorship/Ticket Sales Schedule

  • SPONSORSHIPS: Please confirm before Friday, January 31 to be included in marketing materials. 
  • EARLY BIRD TICKET SALES (LIMITED): Will open on Monday, January 6 and will close on Thursday, February 13 or until sold out.
  • REGULAR TICKET SALES: Will open on Friday, February 14 until we sell out. 


Silent Auction Schedule

  • We are accepting silent auction donations now until Friday, February 7. If you are interested in donating a silent auction item, please email christine.quach@uhfoundation.org.
  • Silent auction bidding will begin on Monday, March 3rd at 12:00pm (HST) and close on Thursday, March 6th at 7:30pm (HST).
