The Shidler Global Leaders cohort is selected based on the following criteria:

• Newly accepted juniors into the Shidler Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree program (Students must receive their final offer of admission to Shidler by May 31 of that calendar year);
• Outstanding academic record (minimum 3.50 cumulative GPA);
• Application (by invitation);
• Panel Interview;
• Commitment to community service;
• Character, ethics, and leadership ability;
• Cohort commitment of four semesters as an undergraduate student

Deadline: The Shidler Global Leaders (SGL) program is by invitation only. Deadline for the program application with supporting documents is indicated in the invitation letter.
