Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
This course introduces the latest technology and HRIS programs available to Human Resource Managers. Systems are introduced that allow employees and managers to administer their own HR data and processes.
This course covers the specific elements of compensation plans generally defined as in-kind payments to employees for their participation in the organization. Also, included are legally mandated State and Federal programs.
